You will initially be managing the roll-out, onboarding and success for an exciting new key enterprise customer and strategic partner with a global portfolio stretching from New Zealand all the way to UK and Canada. Taking the lead in this project and launching it successfully will lay the fundamental groundwork for the coming global portfolios within Spaceflow.
After the successful roll-out, your mission will be to provide an exceptional customer experience and deliver value to our upcoming key enterprise customers through understanding their business needs and mapping them to our product capabilities and offerings. You will ultimately become a product expert and a trusted advisor for our key enterprise customers during their whole lifecycle with Spaceflow. Maximize product adoption and engagement
Establish and maintain close relationships with Property Managers and Asset Managers whom facilitate usage and success with Spaceflow
Organize and manage roll-out of key enterprise customers
Create and host business reviews and form strategic success plans for key stakeholders. Align on new short-term and long-term strategies for growth and success.
Work closely with product managers and sales executives to drive up-sell/renewal potential
Establish a solid understanding of the Spaceflow platform to create best practices for customer success
Drive the onboarding and implementation process for new key accounts
Participate in the overall project planning and reporting of new key accounts
Manage a team of community managers to execute the onboarding and implementation process of key accounts
Coordinate implementation within the organization
Experience & Skills:
3-5+ years experience in customer success or key account management
Experience delivering insights to, building relationships with, and driving value to C-suite contacts in a B2B Saas environment.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
Proven track record of leading teams successfully
Proven track record of achieving customer success objectives and KPIs
Proficient in Microsoft office applications, MS Project or a similar gantt-based tool and working experience with a CRM is required.
Fluent English and native German speaker in both verbal and written language.
